EJB HACCP INFRARED THERMOMETER.

   The infrared thermometer is designed according to HACCP norms to check food safety. Combines two temperature measurements (infrared and internal) in one.

   Built in a countdown timer to monitor cooling, cooking exposure time. Monitoring the length of time perishable food are exposed to temperatures that may grow bacteria in a danger zone.

   The housing is designed with a foldable penetrate probe and meet Ip65 water resistant.

Functions

The infrared thermometer is designed according to HACCP norms to check food safety. Non-contact thermometer with external pT100 probe.

Quick scan of surface temperature by pressing measure button, further check internal temperature of a food object.

Probe icon is displayed on the screen while using internal temperature measurement.

Measuring temperature in °C and in °F.

Timer can be set for a maximum time : 09:59'59".

An alarm will sound about 30 seconds when timer's countdown reaches 00:00:00.

Display backlight backlight feature for use in dark areas.
